Dads have a lot on their plates. How do you find balance with family, work and play while being the best father you can be? This meetup is for all fathers who would like to talk with and learn from other dads. The goal is to share real parenting tips, worthy hangouts, organize playgroups, gadgets that work, provide friendship and a forum for discussing the real life challenges of being a dad today and (sometimes) vent with other guys facing similar issues.
Our group is now in the application process to gain tax status 501 (C)3 non profit. We are an organization formed by volunteers who work in the best soup kitchen anywhere. Its dinner is served every Saturday night and many women with children expressed an interest in volunteering but could not get childcare on Saturdays and were generally not free on Saturday nights. Westford Cooperative Playgroup (WCP) meets weekly on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 in Westford, Massachusetts. Families from Westford with children ages 0-5 are invited to join.
